The takeover offer is a 1:4 ratio, its available to all, including me.

The 22M that the chinese received was in relation to the settlement of all outstanding court cases, contigent on the chinese undertaking to fully partake in the offer for both their existing shares and the 22M shares. Chinese shareholding was 69.5M (excluding the 22M).

Personally, I'd be happen if everything just moved on from here at pace and EMR got down to the business of fleshing out a maiden resource/reserve and building a mine in Oz. Of course should it happen that there is some restitution for Bullzeye shareholders, I'll have my hand out !

I'm annoyed that a takeover that could have been over in 6-8 weeks, will have taken 8 months (assuming 24th of April is the final date), and all because EMR and board of Bullzeye (the majority of which are EMR directors) were found to have practiced unacceptable circumstances by the TOP resulting in the order for the report.
