Meanwhile Tangey, and it's just an observation on my behalf, the SP of EMR has gone from circa $1.00/share in Dec 21 when the first offer emerged to a close of $3.33/share yesterday, but you can't currently crystalize that gain. With a looming Bullrun in Gold looking "possible but not guaranteed", wouldn't you want to be part of that?, and not seemingly locked out.
