Jezzes Phil, no wonder no one has replied. EMR made an offer to buy out Bulleze mine in WA. 60 odd percent agreed with the price, some did not. Another 18% ( Chinese ) after awhile decided to sell their stock to EMR. Got to 76/78% takeover. The last 20% said the Chinese were offered favourable conditions to sell their shares to EMR over and above everyone else. The last 20% complained to the takeover panel of Australia to rule on their objection. The takeover panel said that an independent expert had to provide legal advice if this was the case. That advice has just been submitted for inspection. Long story short, the bloody Irish (the last 20% holdouts) have delayed my fully franked dividends. In my current condition this is a remarkably good summarization of the situation.
