Who is sitting on the sidelines? EMR's 58.78% plus Au Xingoa's 15.30% totals 74.08%. Nearly 26% want to sit as minority holders rather than become EMR shareholders? No wonder EMR has given a final fortnight to accept the offer to these minority shareholders!
