Hey Particle4, what "certainty of cash now" ? I see you are not an emr holder. Are you a bullseye holder ? If not what is your interest?
There is no cash and it's not now. There is not even an indication of when their cash 'offer' will be made. It's all semantics, allusions, smoke and mirrors.
No Bullseye holders who have gone to emr will reclaim their shares in order to wait for the cash mirage. The remaining holders may be 'unsophisticated' , but they can tell a hoax when they see it.
It is an act of sabotage by disgruntled Hong Kong Xinhe via their owned entity Au Xinhao.
Where is the cash going to come from? How will they raise the cash?
If they ever did gain control, i think they would go about stripping the assets, liquidating it and making off with the money.
