That was my point too BP! See pg. 13 of 67 of the pdf. Section 1.3 (b) headed ‘Current Value Offered’, of the below linked BE Target Statement responding to the Xingao offer.
At that time, the Xingao money was better. One of the Bulls Eye directors, of the 5 of them, supports the Xingao offer of Bulls Eye.
On 17 March 2022, an EMR closing price of $1.06 implied a 30.9c BE shareprice. Xingao’s cash component is 35c offer. A $1.23 EMR closing price of yesterday implies a 35.8c cash offer by EMR (1 EMR share for every 3.43 Bulls Eye shares owned). This today, EMR on pure cash basis is a superior offer.
