These Irish and Chinese holders have no idea what they are in for as minorities.
I could see EMR commencing a big rights issue at the current BE takeover price, give everybody a week or two to come up with the loot and what isn’t taken up by them - will be taken up by EMR.
Maybe also throw it on care and maintenance.
Could get real ugly - real quick.
