Sorry to correct my last post, the withdrawal right period also expires on 29 April at 5.00pm WST, the same time as the EMR offer expires. EMR has married up the times for exercising withdrawal rights and the offer closing.
The Panel order a period of not less than 10 trading days from the date of release of the 2nd Supplementary Bidder’s Statement. EMR has given a few more days to withdraw than was the minimum period ordered.
