Yes, the Bulls Eye directors sold their shares to EMR.
The Irish connection to the shareholding of Bullseye may be through Ms. Mullan's connections/family. It appears as if it would take the brains and effort of serious miners (e.g. EMR) to extract the perceived value of Bulls Eye. Bulls Eye needs experienced hands to take control and extract the potential! When will the remaining shareholders accept either offer, if at all? Interesting corporate action, I'm very happy to have M. C. Hart, R. F. Stanley and others leading this effort.
