After the emr offer closes the only way out for them is to Xinhe, and only for another week, unless Xinhe extend their date again. Then they don’t need to pay so much.
So if the remainers haven’t already sold to Xinhe, there is a good chance that they will rush to accept emr’s offer by the end of next week.
If they don’t make a decision the remainers face a bleak future.
