re: Ann: Recommended cash offer for takeover ... i echo your thoughts on the way the dml board has handled the approach of another chinese raiding party. having been a shareholder of extract resources, discovery metals and endocoal i am continualy frustrated by the tactics chinese companys and there advisors use to drive a share price into the dust and then steal a valuable asset. several years ago i was working at an antimony mine in central victoria. At that stage there was only 1 mill in the world processing the ore concentrate and that was in china. The mill dropped there price for the ore from $6000 a ton to $2000 overnight forcing the closure of the mine and holding the mine owners to ransom until they agreed to sell there concentrate at virtually cost price. But hey... thats the aim of buisness, buy low and sell high. the chinese just do a better job of it than anyone else
