Even if the management has a crystal ball and can see that acquiring Trident is in favour of shareholders in the future, as competent & savvy management they should've taken the advantage of the market pessimism on lithium and asked for a huge discount. On the contrary, they just have to show the world that they are optimistic by paying a huge premium at our expense. Again, this management should be sacked.
BTW, why do you need 8 people (6 board members) in the company to make a dumb decision on behalf of shareholders like this? You only have 0.8 opportunity to review on every working day anyway.
