The "asset light" model of DRR has drawn my attention for a while, but the prices were always too high. When I saw the SP drop, I thought it was an opportunity to get into the business... But upon a quick review of this transaction, I don't see why they are doing this... They are paying 144M pounds for something that generates revenue of 7.5M pounds (P/Revenue - circa 19), and NPAT 1.9M Pounds revenue (P/E - circa 79).... And all of this exclusive of the events detailed by @Fredbear2.
What management is doing here??
Unless there is another angle here (geopolitical, etc) that I can't see (noting that I don't know too much other spheres of the the business), the numbers don't stack up IMHO - it appears they are burning shareholder money!
