    yep, shareholders have a certain yield coming in currently, mostly risk free, and growing as MAC reaches its full potential.

    Management are diluting each shareholder's yield with a lower yielding royalty asset because they are unable to justify their pay packets whilst just sitting on what they have ... "we must grow to justify the corporate costs we expend each year else it will only need 1 man to cash the cheques"

    Shareholders don't give a fark whether the company grows. if it dilutes the current yield then it isn't worth adding to the current setup . Simple
