It’s 1 PPS share for every two PWL shares and 7.5 cents in cash. Still a large premium to the last traded price though and a generous offer.
PPS must see real value. They’re paying essentially $50 mill for $15 mill cash and an additional $8 billion FUM. An interesting acquisition that will hopefully drive long term value creation and a short term re-rate to PPS valuation in line with other platforms - would love for someone with more knowledge to weigh in.
