So can someone help me out?
1) the shareholders still need to approve this at the AGM in sep 2019?
2) if its approved, shareholders get paid out at 10c a share?
3) is class action possible? given the loss shareholders will be in for due to absolute lack of reasonable management?
4) SP rose 50c today, if it gets over 10c, wouldnt even just try and sell their shares seeing as they may be forced to for 10c, as per 1)?
5) Are people going to try and inflate the SP by buying to sell at a more decent price (say 30c) before everyone gets bullied into 10c sales?
