re: Ann: Recommended Takeover of Remaining La... It doesn't really make any difference if you talk in share ratios ie The .725 relates to 1.38 Fml shares for each CRE share held which is 38% gain in shares.
The previous deal of 1.18 FML shares for each CRE share was 18% gain in share holding.
No matter what the price of shares is The transfer will still be the 300,000,000 odd shares.
