    re: Ann: Recommended Takeover of Remaining La... Hatchworks, I would guess that the reason for issuing scrip is that Stone would not accept cash as it would lock in a loss.

    If I am correct you now have two significant shareholders who have paid 5 cents (Shandong) and Stone at a guess north of 6 cents.
