re: Ann: Recommended Takeover Offer by Grypho... not a bad offer and size does matter in the africa region regarding securing of drilling equipment etc etc and i like the time lag.... gives a potential rival a chance to throw their hat in the ring... wasn't a bad call by myself about this possibility due to shields m/cap and small share issue... even if no other offer still a great result for all holders and glad i was on board in time to be in this position :)
