re: Ann: Recommended Takeover Offer for Ampel... AMX is better off firing all current directors and paying some monkeys from the zoo to run the board meetings while we wait for the economic climate to stabilise.
The board in the last 12 months has done a pretty effecitve job at destroying shareholder value.
