    re: Ann: Recommended Takeover Offer for Ampel... does seem a bit of an opportunistic low ball offer considering a 12 month high of 45c, I'm sure the directors know what the company is really worth

    I often wonder if the real deals are done outside Australia away from the Australian Corporations Act, and off the books, not that this would the case in this instance
