No, the statement is saying there is no change in holding, the top of it refers to “relevant interest” and includes the chineses shares that the TOP has told them not to process until they make a decision. This is the same as was laid out in the recent target statement.At the very end of the statement the official notification to ASIC says “as at the date of this notice, Emerald’s voting power in Bullzeye is 57.34%”.
in my opinion the wording is designed to confuse, with a week to go to the 22nd, and it has worked on some on here. The share situation is actually unchanged.
