I guess we can now all get on with our lives . For a very long time now we have all been wondering how this nightmare would end. Now we know.

When I posted a couple of years ago that LNG had become a lifestyle company for those well paid directors some may have thought this was being harsh. But somehow they managed to spend hundreds of millions of dollars in working capital.
One always hoped that some luck would possibly fall our way and they would manage to secure what was needed to get this project started.
Obviously this did not eventuate, so loyal shareholders who believed what they were being told are now facing significant loses. Long term shareholders have suffered both financially and emotionally . To say we deserved better would simply be an understatement.

One could let fly with abuse and nastiness but it serves little purpose because it will not change the end result . One could ask were management pulling out all stops years ago when the company had a bucket full of money . Were they incompetent in allowing the money to whittle away so quickly by hiring so many well credentialed people before they got the necessary BTA's signed.

There are many questions one could ask but it seems a fruitless exercise that offers little compensation.

I guess we will all just have to suck it in and put it down to a bad experience that went horribly wrong because of circumstances that were out of our control and a management team that were unable to overcome the obstacles that were put in front of it.

LNG was so close to becoming a great company that could have become a major player in the lng industry. That's what hurts the most from my perspective.

I have heard people say there is a fine line between success and failure . I reckon we all have a greater understanding what that means as of today.

Cheers and good luck to all with your future investments.
