I’ve been a holder for the last 3 years and like most ignored every warning sign to my peril. When listening to the
commentary coming from the CEO It use to remind me of a sales manager I once worked with . His name was Frank ! Frank to his credit was a great networker and was always going to lunches and appearing in public with the ‘right crowd’ for photo opportunities.The problem was he couldn't actually sign a deal if his life depended on it. Sound familiar ?

If I accept the offer I stand to blow nearly $30k.
Having watched this forum for the last few years I am painfully aware that there are many holders who stand to lose far more than me and it will have significant impact on them financially.
