They botched everything else and they have botched even this.

Contingent on regulatory approvals that will never happen, and LNGL doesn’t have 2 months left to wait for them to happen.

I smell more grubby games afoot, as at the current share price there is zero chance of 90% of holders agreeing to it

That means a shakedown to 4-6c is almost certain, to flush out long term holders and maybe even a T20 or two.

At 4-6 cents, circa 19.8 cents is more palpable.
