    Yep, but we don't need to accept. Highly likely this has been planned for quite a long time, which more than likely means there are people that really want this to happen.

    How about we thank them for their offer but we are not prepared to accept less than 50cps?

    90% is not straight-forward to achieve. Means most SH are going to have to accept...
