May I point out however that they have secured a loan on Magnolia if $6m to last then through the TO process. This plus the dregs of our hard earned should give them until the end of June

But you are correct in saying the TO may not proceed due to a number of conditions.

However saying the offer will not proceed is not corect. It may proceed.
