Did you the part about contracts with engineering companies and others being voided if they go into administration?
The best you can hope for is a counter offer. If there is a sizeable disconnect between this offer and the real value then a counter offer should appear.
The fact that there is only this offer tells me that accusing management of stealing the company is just venting. The LNG second wave story was a good one but it isn't likely to eventuate imo. Renewables and storage are the future. Even if this Singapore company does succeed in taking over LNGL they are also taking a risk of a total loss.
