    Why should anyone bid? Because anyone who has the money and believes that there is a future in gas exports from the US can pick up a fully permitted project with EPC wrapped project, lease, technology and some real estate in Canada, for less than they could if they were to start from scratch.
    IDG may be one such party....assuming they don't have an interest in the present offer.
