Why wouldn’t idg pay say 40c to get magnolia. i just can’t get the picture out of my head. Why didn’t they get funds earlier and why would they except such low to price. And why didn’t they talk about mou with Vietnam. Maybe they didn’t want the sp go up because then the to price would have been to high. All very smelly in gv office. and on top they seem to think they can fool us in saying it’s a good price with premium of 72%
