Indeed Jordan, I've said it before, I just can't imagine Baupost rolling over and playing dead and after the last few years of being fed statements as you have outined and as has Moneybags on multiple occassions, none of us longtermers want to give this company away to an opportunistic mob in Singapore for peanuts. Speaking of therof, nothing would give anyone more satisfaction than seeing this B.O.D.'s thrown out on their ears by a very pissed off Seth Klarman. I'm sure IDG would hold the door open for him too while he does it. I'm afraid he's probably our only hope.
