I guess I had discounted that one in my thinking. If LNG9 wants the assets (in my view they are getting a deal like getting a new S Class Merc for 5k) then I think they will get 90%. They may need to sweeten or extend the time but as the money runs out something is better than nothing and they will wear you down.
i held out in a TO once. They sent me a letter every day for a month!

But you can easily write a tale taking the opposite position to the one above which suggests angry holders would rather lose their dough than sell. Not too many holders on this forum not feeling angry!!!!!!!
So I can understand your position.
But you will get your additional shares cheaper now than I got mine.
