Yes and No imo.
No, you can't take them to court expecting to recover any lost dollars, simply because there are no dollars left to recover.
Yes, you can make life incredibly difficult for GV and co, inflict losses on him through the courts etc, BUT this will come at your own cost. Up to each individual to weigh up what that sort of satisfaction is worth?
Personally had I still been a holder during all this mess, I would definitely put him through the ringer. This is NOT what I would logically recommend to others, but I often live my life without logic. Vengeance is a major driver with me, in most cases at my own detriment unfortunately.
