No, you can't take them to court expecting to recover any lost dollars, simply because there are no dollars left to recover.
Yes, you can make life incredibly difficult for GV and co, inflict losses on him through the courts etc, BUT this will come at your own cost. Up to each individual to weigh up what that sort of satisfaction is worth?
Personally had I still been a holder during all this mess, I would definitely put him through the ringer. This is NOT what I would logically recommend to others, but I often live my life without logic. Vengeance is a major driver with me, in most cases at my own detriment unfortunately.

I think its a yes we as shareholders can take them to court but not me on my own that would be a difficult task, its like a small boat trying to knock a big army ship with full speed, that would be mad, the problem is finding a trustworthy lawyers and a just judge, and add to that a non corrupt system.
