In the directors’ opinion, there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Group will be successful in finalising the
transactions and therefore will continue to settle its liabilities arising in the ordinary course of business. However, the
directors note that it is subject to conditions.
In the event either or both the transactions do not occur as proposed, there is a material uncertainty whether it will
continue as a going concern and therefore whether it will realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal
course of business and at the amounts stated in the half-year financial report. No adjustments have been made
relating to the recoverability and classification of recorded asset amounts and classification of liabilities that might be
necessary should the Group not continue as a going concern.
Reasonable grounds to believe that the Group will be successful in finalising the transaction.
