Nup, refer to posts above. Current SP indicates manipulatiion by the top holders in my opinion to coerce small holders to accept the deal. They've been trying to force us out for months now. IDG, Baupost and LNG9 are somehow intertwined here and LNGL has bent over for all of them. There's no way IDG and Baupost will be sitting back doing nothing if a deal hasn't been struck under the table.

Still doesn't mean I have the conviction to buy more at these levels though.
