    I can't answer it, aside from risk of the deal falling over due to a termination condition being triggered or lack of acceptances or the Bidder acts unscrupulously.

    It's astonishing to me that people have been thinking the offer is AUD0.13. It spells this out on the first page of the takeover offer document:
