There are no certainties, just like this crummy deal.
At the end of the day, for me, if you believed in this company and it's potential, you can't possibly accept some half baked slap in the face.
It's starting to dawn on me, what is happening was inevitable given the long running lies and empty comments.
I am at a loss to describe how low it is to treat SH the way GV has. He has no right to ever hold a position of leadership in any company.
I am sure we will get the silent treatment from now on... that's how these people operate. Like I have said, American corporate culture is sickening at the best of times.
I just wish I didn't fall for the BS resume and feigned sincerity.
If the deal is sincere, and they are truly after the assets, you can be assured the first offer is not their best offer.
If you are afraid to vote no, because it might mean they do not come back to the table... it was never going to happen anyway. Just my opinion.
We are talking about a stressed asset looking for immediate funds... put yourself in their shoes. They would be thinking... they will take anything!
And true to that... we are now considering it. These kind of deals always present huge dilemmas...
There are no certainties, just like this crummy deal.At the end...
