    Options as I see them:
    1. sell now and get the current market price
    2. wait and see where the deal goes:
    2a. you don't like where it's going so sell at whatever the market price is at the time.
    2b. deal falls through, company almost certainly goes into VA, SH more than likely get nothing
    2c. deal goes through at offer price, SH get USD0.13/share
    2d. bidder gets close and decides to sweeten to entice remaining SH. SH get >USD0.13/share
    2e. another bidder enters and we end up with an auction. SH likely get significantly >USD0.13/share

    I don't think anyone can say which outcome is the most likely. Everyone has to make up their own mind which way they want to go based on their individual circumstances and risk profile.
