    Excellent question. There are some answers which are possible but who really knows.

    i suspect they will flip it by re-listing in the US. They may also have an offtake agreement in their back pocket

    Just firing the management would increase the value.

    Maybe they are acting for a major player who is the real eventual owner.

    One thing that I am sure is that they will not buy it and give GV more time to fritter money away. Nobody would trust GV to sell a lollipop.

    I actually have no clue however.
