@Scope1981, my apologies to you, @mwilson25, @Foxdog,@Longstory, @jwhiteman and anyone else perusing these threads. I've been re-reading the documents and I've realised my interpretation of Schedule 1, clause 3.8 is incorrect. I missed the "other than:" indented at point (e). Although indented at (e), making the layout a little confusing, there's little doubt that it applies to the points that follow, meaning clause 3.8(i)(B) means the opposite of what I thought it did.
In other words, they cannot back out of the TO using that clause.
Now I'll send myself to the corner of the room, face the wall and put my hands on my head.
