The announcement we received was an agreed joint statement so there's no doubt a restriction on release of information.

As for the SP I reckon we'll see a boost after the offer period opens, that's when this gets more real. Current selling is most likely retail investors panicking in the current market and going back into cash (I know I've considered it), this has been a long and stressful journey full of doubt, which still exists.
