    After wondering for a while if the offer was fake I am now convinced it is real. In my mind it’s just whether LNG9 has the chops to get it done.

    I think FD is correct on why the sp is dropping. If you are panicking or have a margin call or think GV will botch things then you might sell even if you stand to get more later through the TO

    One might expect LNG9s chances are getting less as the market panics

    Fear is rising so the sp is tanking.
