I have to admit though that I am keen to get something rather than nothing which means the TO should proceed. This is imperative as the cash is so low.

We can get a higher price by holding out for more or getting an alternative bidder. The former is only likely to see the bid fail as LNG9 has the upper hand in this market and with LNGL out of options

i am happy to work with you on the latter - trying to shop the assets around as LNGL cannot do this now due to the gag order. Please let me know if you are interested

You haven't identified any transgressions. The only thing I see from you and MB is buyer's remorse,
