    There aren’t enough shareholders who will say yes given the current SP.

    just look at this forum, it’s less than 1 in 3 who would say yes. Very far from 90%.

    But with no other offers (and if there WERE other offers then the team would not be telling shareholders to accept the offer) there will be no competing or higher bids.

    It’s a chicken or the egg situation. But because the clock is ticking, the weeks will go by and because less than 90% will say yes, there will be even LESS time to find another solution for liquidity.

    Seeing this ahead of time, I reckon one or more T20s will dump, sending this down to $0.06 ish. Why would anyone be stupid to hold and hope for (a) more than 90% of shareholders to all agree or (b) the same offeror to make a higher offer in the absence of any competing bids especially when they have GV and the team telling us all to sell
