IMHO a deliberate campaign by management to steal this company from shareholders and deliver it to private equity. Could have raised capital from shareholders and sophs around the 30c mark, but strangely chose not to do so, and then chose not to release any updates in support of the share price while they watched it fall to 11c. No attempt to list on the US market when they had the funds to do so. Too many coincidences and missed opportunities for my liking. Let's see how many get to keep their jobs in the new entity, even perhaps on increased salaries. Well played by GV over the past four years. They'll probably even get their STI and LTI bonuses for change of control transaction and selling the co at "70%" over VWAP.
