well this is something of note.......didn't really see it coming, havent paid too close attention to LNG of late even though a holder, was hopefully listing in US would turn things around.

so tick under 20c share returned in cash......bad investment choice by myself.

Just one thing without reading the 34 pages in detail, one concern is the offer price is not locked in, is it locked at $US0.13??
I question this as seen this instance in the past & if we accept & this offer passed, if the Aus $$ drops at the time the offer finalised do we receive say 17c per share instead of the 19c? This would affect each holders return.
