    GV and members of management are all walking away from this a great deal wealthier than when they started, having achieved absolutely nothing other than a very negative result.

    For them to so freely recommend a takeover at a ridiculous price that will realise huge shareholder losses shows blatant disregard for the very people who have supported their extravagant salaries.

    All this without consultation or shareholder engagement of any sort. Where was Micah when all this was going on......silent, as usual.....

    GV may have inherited the story from a Disallowed salesman but he is solely responsible for propagating the myth with smoke and mirrors over the duration of his tenure.

    I'm not expecting management to make an acknowledgement of their own failure either, although I think one is warranted.

    If i were a shareholder I'd be telling them to stick their offer. GV and the rest of the execs are going to sail of with contract buyouts and full entitlements while the shareholders have lost $320M.
