    absolutely undervalued PGX if there were no Wartsila issue, but, since the board agrees with the takeover deal, then it has proved that Wartsila indeed is a terrible/potential issue (i guess). As a holder since IPO, this is not a very happy end, but again, not a very bad outcome either. Move on.
    Good luck to all the fellow PGX holders in all your other investing!
