re: Ann: Recommended Takeover Offer for Yigar... Have been over for some time now, but am sadly reminded everyday as I look at the large negative number on my spreadsheet. In some ways I am almost hoping for the ability to write it off this year on tax. Especially if a couple of my other punts come off.
